Cine film for stills (ECN-2)

ECN-2 is the process motion-picture colour negative is made for. 10 ECN-2 films are listed as still made, 6 of them respools — cine stock cut into still-camera lengths and sold under another name.

Many cine stocks carry a rem-jet backing, a dark layer on the base that has to come off in processing. The catalogue records one for 6 films below; a dash means none is recorded, not that the film is known to have none. Check the film’s own page before you develop it.

3 films cut from cine stock are sold for C-41 instead of ECN-2, and listed separately with the process each is sold for. Develop a film in the process its own page gives.
