Reuse

Checked 21 October 2026

SPUR says SPUR Dokuspeed SL-N may be used for more than one film.

Longer time for reuse: It is not necessary to extend the time if the films are developed one after the other, within the shelf life of the working solution; two films per 500 or 600 ml.

Capacity, as the maker states it: 250 or 300 ml of working solution develops one 135 film; 500 or 600 ml develops two 135 or two 120 films.

Capacity of the working solution: 250ml or 300ml working solution (depending on tank size) are enough to develop one 135-film. With 500ml or 600ml two 135 or two 120-films can be developed. ... It is not necessary to extend the time if the films are developed one after the other. The second development should be done within the shelf life of the working solution. ... Working solutions can be kept around one week in bottles which are filled to the brim (no oxygen).

Know a time for Dokuspeed SL-N that is missing here, or spotted one that is wrong? Tell us, with the source, and a curator will check it.

  • Sources only. We publish a time only when it has been read off a primary source: the maker’s datasheet or chart. A link to it is what lets us check yours.
  • Nothing goes up by itself. Every report is read by a person before anything on the page changes.
  • No account needed. Your name and email are optional, and only to reply to you.
What would you like to send?

A datasheet, the maker’s chart or technical publication. Forums and blogs can’t be checked the same way.
