C-41
The standard process for developing colour negative film.
C-41 uses a colour developer, a bleach and a fixer — often combined as a blix — and a final rinse or stabiliser. It is sensitive to temperature, which the instructions give and which has to be kept steady for the developer step. Modern colour negative films are made to be developed in it.
