E-6

The standard process for developing colour slide (reversal) film.

E-6 gives a positive transparency straight on the film, which is why slide film is also called reversal film. It is a longer process than C-41, with a first developer, a reversal step, a colour developer, and bleach and fix steps. Its first developer is the step where pushing and pulling is done.
