Temperature compensation
Changing the development time to suit a developer that is warmer or cooler than the temperature the time was published for.
Developers work faster when they are warm and slower when cool. Charts exist for many developers; where nothing has been published for a temperature, the reference does not extrapolate one, and the development calculator only offers values that have been published.
